Interview with Lintypocket.

lintypocket is an amazing blogger that i talked about in a recent post. she's just beyond cute and not to mention creative with a taste in fashion and saving money. did i mention she's been a friend of mine since elementary school? yupyup!! so here's a quick Q&A i had with lp herself!
1.Please, introduce yourself.
My name's Christina and I live at the toes of the mountains. There's trails that go up and up and up where I love to go and photograph. I love to run across the endless fields with arms wide open having the wind sweep me off my feet. I love being barefoot, it makes me feel adventurously sexy.
2.What made you start your blog?
The birth of my blog was due to pure lust and excitement...of a journalism class. There were several intertwined subjects to choose from ranging from public relations to photography and I so happen to choose blogging - to blog about the sweet deals and steals of my adventures to local shops such as swap meets, thrift stores and consignment stores.
3.What is your blog generally about?
With that, the birth of my alias, lintypocket (LP), was born. She wasn't born into a wealthy family so she had to find a way to make her life affordable, making sure the lint in her pocket could actually get her places. And here LP stands today going onto adventures all around Southern California searching for amazing deals on a great pair of shoes or a bag. LP's isn't selfish in her buys, she shares her great finds on her wordpress for all her readers to enjoy.
4.What are some of your Inspirations?
I have a several inspirations, my greatest inspiration is my Father God, He's the one who brought me into this life and has held my hand with every breath I take, every step I take. Being given such a gracious Father, He has blessed me with my second greatest inspiration - my mother. My mother has a great sense of fashion, and like LP, she too wasn't born into a wealthy family. She's learned all the tricks of the trade when it comes to bargaining and picking locks to steal some cash. Not only is she nifty, knows all those quaint stores on that street corner with fabulous finds and manages to pull coupons out of her pockets whenever it's needed. When it comes to shopping, my mother is my partner in crime.
5.Can you tell us of some blogs in which you are a frequent visitor?
There are a just a small amount of blogs that I visit frequently. I LOVE May's pixelshaker photoblog. May is an amazing photographer and is super pro at photoshop. She inspires me to learn all there is to know about photography and photo-editing/retouching! Also, my dear friend Ryan Chin is the author of the many entry posts of coaxedslowly. Ryan posts his original poems on a daily basis dealing with love and heartbreak to epiphanies and realizations.
